Standard Orders — 14-Day Return Window
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Because custom and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or significantly not as described.
If your custom order arrives damaged or is not what was agreed, please contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Clear photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation — at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
